Qualifications Applicants must be HS senior or graduate; if HS: Upper 25th percentile, but not in upper 5th percentile of senior class; if college: 2.5+ college GPA.
Criteria Special consideration will be given to participated in music throughout HS or college (ex. band, orchestra, choir).

Number of Awards Varies.
To Apply Applicants must be submit a online application; must include address and county of residence; high school information; college or post-secondary plans; activities, service, honors, work experience; personal statement; financial information; two Personal Recommendations: two letters of recommendation; letter of recommendation from Crawford, Erie, Huron, or Sandusky Co teacher or community member.
Deadline February 24.
